My Journey

Hello, Fellow life traveller,

My name is Helena I am a Mother and a Grandmother, I was born in Hertforshire England, I started travelling and working for a Tour Operator at an early age. I have lived in various European countries. I speak fluent Spanish and obviously English and I get by with German and Italian. I settled in the Canary Islands and I have helped to build up a Rural Residencial business. A few years ago I realised I had been blessed with the gift of Energy Healing, so I started studying. I am now a Reiki Teacher, knowledge of the Barbara Brennan and Donna Eden Energy Healing methods. I also believe in the power of Mother Earths Crystals and their healing powers. I have successfully taken The Arkashic Record Course, of which I have access to. I am in the process or learning the art of Tantra to improve personal relationships I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of self love through  the healing arts.

 I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Reiki Therapist.
